What's a remote support session?

We connect to your Miniserver from our office, look at what's happening, and resolve it together. For systems we installed, we connect directly; if you set up LoxPilot on your own, we'll ask you to grant support access first — you approve it from the app, choose how long it lasts (2 days, 1 week, 1 month, or until you revoke it), and get a summary email when it ends. Sessions are video calls, screen shares, or direct system access — no one drives to your home. Sentinel members get one free hour per year, then $96/hr after. Non-members pay $150/hr.

What happens when my installer is the problem?

We help. LoxPilot works regardless of who installed your system. If your installer isn't responsive, has moved on, or you've outgrown the relationship, we can guide you through what's needed and — if you'd prefer — connect you with a different integrator. You shouldn't be held hostage by your installer's availability.

Do I need a LOXONE Miniserver to use LoxPilot?

Yes. LoxPilot is built for homeowners with a working LOXONE Miniserver and a LOXONE-installed system. If you're not sure what you have, your installer can confirm — or send us a message and we'll help you figure out if LoxPilot fits.
